About the Institute
Government Islamia Law College, established in 1961, is one of the oldest law colleges in Pakistan. Located on Allama Shabbir A. Usmani Road off M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi, it offers LLB and LLM programs and is affiliated with the University of Karachi under the regulation of the Pakistan Bar Council.
