About the Institute
Originally founded as Cold Stream Zamindar School by Nawab Sir Fazal Ali Khan and upgraded to college status in 1936, formally established on 10 February 1937. Known as Government Zamindar College, Gujrat, it enrolls approximately 3,500 students and offers postgraduate courses. Its campus mosque, modeled after Lahore's Badshahi Masjid, had its foundation laid by West Pakistan governor Sardar Abdur Rab Nishtar in 1950.
