About the Institute
The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) began as an institute providing language training to armed forces and government personnel in 1969, and was upgraded to a federally chartered public university in May 2000. Headquartered in Sector H-9, Islamabad, it now offers programs spanning languages, linguistics, social sciences, media, management sciences, and engineering.
