About the Institute
NED University is a public engineering university in Karachi and one of the oldest engineering institutions in Pakistan, tracing its roots to the Prince of Wales Engineering College founded in 1921 for the Sukkur Barrage project. It was renamed after benefactor Nadirshaw Edulji Dinshaw and elevated to full university status in 1977. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across engineering, science, and architecture through six faculties.
