About the Institute
The University of Agriculture, Dera Ismail Khan is a public sector agricultural university chartered by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Assembly in March 2018, having evolved from the former Faculty of Agriculture at Gomal University. It was recognized by the Higher Education Commission in May 2021 and began academic activities in Fall 2021, operating from the Sadiq Awan Memorial Complex on Bhakkar Road.
